WATCH: Dancing Dads on TikTok Raise Awareness for Men’s Mental Health
NowThis! says a group of dads from the UK is raising awareness for men’s mental health in the grooviest way. They dance! Founded back in 2012, the dancing dads group is called Outta Puff Daddys. The men in the group use dance as a way to boost their mental health, something we all have needed throughout the pandemic. The group also provides a safe space for the members to talk openly about their struggles.
Before the pandemic hit, the group met about once a week. During quarantine, the men still met virtually, as this TikTok shows.
