And I bet if you remember anything from his show, you DEFINITELY remember Bill Nye The Science Guy's theme song.
After not hearing anything about this man in about a decade, Bill Nye The Science Guy is back in the news. He just announced his married to author and journalist Liza Mundy!
The couple married in May at the Castle Building’s Haupt Garde in the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. Robert Picardo officiated the wedding and Pete Souza, the White House photographer, took the photos.
People says Bill and Liza met back in 2017 when Bill heard that Liza had mentioned his mother in her book “Code Girls: The Untold Story of the American Women Code Breakers of World War II”. Nye's mother Jacqueline Jenkins-Nye was a cryptanalyst. Once he decided to reach out to Liza about her writing, apparently the rest is history. Pretty epic story for their wedding, huh?
