WOOO! Summer is HERE! School is out, classes are over. We’ve finally made it to that time of year again when you want to roll down the windows and blast the best driving songs. How do you usually feel when you play music in the car? Honda found that 48% of drivers experience a lift in their mood when they listen to music in the car. 40% of people feel more relaxed when their favorite music is playing as they drive. Over 20% feel they have more energy as they listen to music while driving and almost 25% feel more focused when driving with tunes. It’s also no surprise that over 25% of people surveyed have a designated car playlist.
But, not sure what to play? Honda has you covered. The car company decided to conduct a survey of the songs most played from every year since the first Honda Civic came out in 1972.
From a previous survey of parent drivers by Honda, these are the songs played in the average family car. In this survey, Honda reached out to over 2,000 UK-based adults aged 18+ who drive regularly via OnePoll.
