The Beyond brand is taking its meat alternatives to a whole new level. Beyond Meat has introduced the new Beyond Meat Jerky!

This is the brand’s first shelf-stable product. Each serving will have 10 grams of protein and come in three flavors: Original, Teriyaki, and Hot & Spicy. Each flavor is marinated and slow-roasted to perfection. And, all the jerky is made from proteins like mung beans and peas. According to ChewBoom, here are the descriptions of each flavor:

  • Original: “Slightly smoky, slightly sweet with hints of onion and garlic”
  • Hot & Spicy: “Kicked up a notch with tangy chili heat and finished nicely with just the right amount of sweetness”
  • Teriyaki: “Caramelized onion meets garlicky sweetness for a bold, teriyaki flavor that hits all the right notes”

Keep an eye out for Beyond Meat Jerky in stores starting this month. Each Beyond Meat product is non GMO, has no soy, gluten, or cholesterol.
