The Best Beers to Drink for St. Patrick’s Day, According to Irish Bartenders
St. Patrick’s Day is this Thursday the 17th and Irish bartenders have some tips on how to celebrate the holiday properly.
As shared in Huffington Post, the bartenders say stouts such as Murphy’s Irish Stout or a Finback Macchiato Stout could do the trick for you on March 17th. Imports such as Harp Lager and Smithwick’s are hits, as are Irish American Reds such as Absolution Cardinal Sin and Great Lakes Conway’s Irish Ale.
Need something sweeter? Bartenders recommend giving Magners Irish Cider a spin. Of course, there is always the go-to Guinness. However, if you’re looking to stay sober on St. Patrick’s Day, try looking into the non-alcoholic Guinness 0.0.
What are your plans for St. Patrick’s Day? Do you have any traditions or go-to’s for drinking on the holiday?
