In the holiday film, Lindsay will play “a newly engaged, spoiled hotel heiress who gets into a skiing accident, suffers from total amnesia, and finds herself in the care of a handsome, blue-collar lodge owner and his precocious daughter in the days leading up to Christmas”. Sounds like the perfect Hallmark type of plot huh? Basic and predictable, but also how could you not want to watch it??
Andddd guess who plays this handsome, blue-collar lodge owner? Only Glee's Chord Overstreet who played Sam in the hit Fox series about an Ohio school's singing club.
Netflix posted on Twitter about the new partnership saying, "The world first fell in love with Lindsay Lohan when she played a set of twins — and Netflix is once again giving the world twice the Lindsay to love through a creative partnership that will see her star in two new films!"
Lohan also posted on her Instagram about "exciting things to come!"
This will be Lohan's first acting role since 2019. No word on the storyline for the two other upcoming movies.
