No joke, this article will make you hungry. Especially if you loooove chocolate! First, you should know that “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” is celebrating the 5oth anniversary of the movie’s 1971 premiere.
The Chocolate Box Hotel in Bournemouth, England offers a Willy Wonka-inspired hotel room. In it, one perk offered is literally lickable wallpaper that guests can enjoy. Because of COVID-19, the wallpaper actually gets changed out completely between guest stays.
They also have chocolate scented toiletries and purple bathrobes that Willy Wonka would’ve worn himself.
Did I mention there’s also a chocolate fountain WITHIN your room? Do you know how dangerous that is for those of us who LOVE chocolate? I’d want to dunk my whole head down in that fountain.
Also at the hotel, you can pay extra to upgrade to have a full chocolate bath. That either sounds like an amazing idea or a terrible one.
