Dream Job: Test Bathtubs At Hotels for $5,000 As A “Bath Boss”
Did someone say self-care? One of my favorite things to do for myself is taking a bubble bath. You know…the bubbles, the warm water, and I usually put on music and light my favorite candle. Now, Hotels.com will pay you 5 grand to go around to different hotel bathtubs and set up your heavenly bliss.
Sounds almost unreal right? Nope! It’s definitely real, according to Newsweek.
Hotels.com is looking for a “Bath Boss” which will be someone who goes on the “Tour de Tub” around three luxurious New York City hotels. The three hotels are The Dominick, The Langham, and Mr C. Seaport.
The company says they are offering this job because full bathtubs seem to be becoming scarce in newer hotels. And what better way to keep bathtubs around than by having someone tour a bunch of them to give their review?
In addition to $5,000, Hotels.com will also provide the lucky chosen Bath Boss with a $1,000 travel stipend, a custom robe, some plush bath accessories, a pair of slippers, and an eye mask. They are really dedicated to giving their lucky Bath Boss the true hotel bathtub experience.
The Bath Boss will be set to travel around the different hotels from November 9th-15th.
Interested people must submit an application with several questions including “What makes you a Bath Boss?” and what your “non-negotiable bath accessories are”.
Applicants must be 21 and must give at least one social media handle.
