WATCH: Dumb and Dumber Fans Recreate Iconic Motor Bike Trip to Aspen
If you like watching dumb comedies, then I know you’ve at least seen Dumb and Dumber with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. If you don’t like watching dumb comedies, you should. And Dumb and Dumber is one of the dumbest.
Two best friends who are fans of the movie decided to recreate a very famous part of the movie. In the film, Lloyd and Harry make their way across the U.S. on a small motorbike to deliver a suitcase to Lloyd’s love interest, Mary.
Zack Courts and Ari Henning from Common Tread recreated this trip…and got it on film along the way!
These two guys did their research and made their recreation as accurate as possible. Even down to the outfits they wore! They left from Nebraska in mid-April and arrived 382 miles later in the Colorado Rockies. Altogether, the trip cost seven gallons of gas. And the funniest part to me is that, like in the movie, the fastest the motorbike could go was 35 miles an hour.
Zack Courts posted about it on Instagram:
