Why You Should Start Adding Water To Your Scrambled Eggs
Who doesn’t love scrambled eggs? The breakfast staple is one of my go to’s in the morning, but it turns out there is an even better way I could have been making them this whole time.
Now I’ve heard of adding milk, or butter to your scrambled eggs, but for some reason never though of adding water. If you like your scrambled eggs to be light, and fluffy, apparently adding water is the key! Now you have to be careful though. If you add too much water, it will completely dilute that “egg” flavor.
I know what you’re thinking; SO HOW MUCH WATER DO I ADD?
According to suggest.com, the perfect amount of water to add to your scrambled eggs is about one teaspoon of water per large egg.
I know what I’m doing for breakfast tomorrow!
