If you love 90's movies, you'll love this new series coming to Charlotte.

Camp North End will host a new indoor movie series, and this one is 90's themed. On Friday nights, through February and March, you can go watch your favorite 90's movies on the jumbo screen at Camp North End. The movies will be shown inside the Ford Factory building at 1774 Statesville Ave.

The best part? Admission is free.  All you need to bring is a chair or blanket.

According to WSOC-TV, you can buy classic movie concessions, cocktails, and hot dogs thanks to Black Moth Bars.

Here's the movie schedule:

  • Feb. 3 – “Groundhog Day”
  • Feb. 10 – “Pretty Woman”
  • Feb. 17 – “Fight Club”
  • Feb. 24 – “Bad Boys”
  • March 3 – “Wayne’s World”
  • March 10 – “White Men Can’t Jump”
  • March 17 – “Pulp Fiction”
  • March 24 – “The Best Man”
  • March 31 – “The Fifth Element”

The movies start at 7:30pm, but doors open at 6pm if you want to get a spot up front!

I love community events like this, and while we see a lot of things like this in the warmer months, it's nice to have the option in the colder months, when less is going on.

Hi, I'm Cameron! I was born and raised in North Carolina. I'm a super tall redhead who is always down for tacos, enchiladas, and margaritas. Okay, so Mexican food is my personal favorite, but I’m not saying no if you’re trying to eat out on the town anywhere. I I am on air for middays but also the Program Director for Kiss 95.1. I enjoy connecting with Kiss 95.1’s amazing listeners and being able to bring all of my favorite things like food, wine, and life online into digital content.
