I seriously can’t even keep up with how fast Charlotte is growing. It seems like every week there is a new apartment, office building or restaurant being built in Charlotte.
This latest news on a new restaurant coming to Charlotte has a lot of people excited though. Popular Atlanta based restaurant, “Slutty Vegan” is coming to Charlotte.
The restaurant is known for their plant-based burgers, and their yummy desert options. Their not just expanding to Charlotte either! According to Charlotte Axios, they are also planning to open locations in Brooklyn, Birmingham, and Clumbus Georgia later this year.
Vegan restaurants have been quite poplar around Charlotte, and the market here continues to grow. There’s no set date yet for when we can expect Slutty Vegan to open here in Charlotte, but until then, we can just fawn at their Instagram page!
