Charlotte Twitter Account Helping Families Find Formula
By now, you’ve probably heard about the formula shortage going on in America. Mothers are struggling to find baby formula in stores.
The shortage of baby formula is by-product of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the pandemic, supply chain issues have caused there to be a serious lack of supply when it comes to many things, including baby formula.
One local woman is doing her part to help locals. Suzanne Young has started a new Twitter account to help out families looking for baby formula in Charlotte stores. The Twitter account essentially shares photos and tweets from locals who are able to locate formula. This will help families to find the formula quicker instead of having to drive around from store to store looking.
The Twitter handle is @BabyFormulaCLT
Even if you aren’t a mom looking for formula, you can still help by sharing the information to the account that can then get the info out.
I think this is such a brilliant idea. People are really in need of baby formula right now, and this is a great way to help out families who are desperately looking around Charlotte.
You can help! Tag @BabyFormulaCLT with your photos of the baby formula section and I will retweet them. Please include the store name, location, date, and time the photo was taken. You can also e-mail photos to [email protected] and I will tweet them. Thank you!
