It’s smoothie season, and this is my go-to recipe!

Now that it is starting to get warmer out, I finally can start making my favorite breakfast; smoothies!

My sweet boyfriend even just bought me a Nutribullet, so my smoothie game has officially been taken to the next level. Smoothies are a great way to great some hidden nourisment. I like to stuff mine with spinach, and my favorite fruits so I can start my day off as good as possible.

Here is my go-to smoothie recipe.


  • 1 cup dry spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • protein (of your choice)
  • 1-2 cup almond milk (depending on your preferred consistency.)
