With everything else going on in the world in 2020, the least I can do it my best to recycle.
I try my best to recycle, but I’ll be honest, sometimes I get confused about what is or isn’t recyclable. I know I can’t be the only one.
Here are some common mistakes people make while recycling:
- If there is food on it, it cannot be recycled (that includes pizza boxes)
- Plastic tops may not be recyclable
- while this one depends on where you live, your better safe than sorry removing plastic caps and throwing them away.
- Coffee Cups are not recyclable.
- Wine glasses are not recyclable.
- Wrapping paper is not recyclable.
- Batteries cannot be recycled.
- Plastic shopping bags cannot be recycled.
