Cat and Rat Form Adorable Friendship Together

You’ve probably seen some odd animal friendships in the past before, but I don’t know if I’ve ever seen this duo.

Perseya the cat, is best friends with Filya, their families pet rat.

It’s like a real life Tom and Jerry, only in this episode, they get along.

These two animals are inseparable, and while it is odd to see a cat be so sweet to a rat, it’s also pretty adorable. I originally saw this story on Good Morning America, and have been thinking about it all day.

Perseya and Filya are total best friends! You can see in the video, the love to cuddle, play. and be around each other.

I thought this was a one of a kind type friendship, but as I quickly saw on TikTok, there are many cat and rat duos. I guess the whole idea that cats hate rats might only be in comics.
