Foods You Should NOT Be Keeping In Your Fridge
Nothing is worse, then craving something, knowing you have that very something in the fridge, but when you go to get it, it’s not longer fresh.
What’s always been interesting to me, is how people store their food differently. For example; ketchup, some people put it in the fridge, while others keep it in the pantry.
When it comes to storing your food, think about where you get in a grocery store. If you get the food out of the refrigerator section, you should probably be refrigerating that food. But if you get the food from the pantry, you don’t need to keep those items cool.
Here are some items that experts say you SHOULDN’T be keeping in your fridge:
-
Citrus Fruits
-
Tomatoes
-
Soy Sauce
-
Avacados
-
Eggs (This one is optional, but you actually don’t have to keep your eggs in the fridge)
-
Mustard
-
Apples
-
Honey
-
Hot Sauce
-
Garlic
-
Bananas
-
Pickles
-
Carrots
-
Onions
-
Potatoes
-
Chocolate
-
Jam
-
Peppers
-
Tropical Fruits
-
Vinaigrettes
-
Olive Oil
-
Ketchup
