Popular Thrift Shop in Plaza Midwood Closes
I’m so upset about this one; one of my favorite places to show has now closed down.
Popular chain thrift shop, Buffalo Exchange has closed their doors to their Charlotte, Plaza Midwood location. The store has been closed since March due to COVID-19 but it looks as though they will not be reopening their doors. There was a sign posted on the door that read,
“This location is permanently closed.”
The store is an Arizona-based chain and has been open in Charlotte since 2011. I personally shopped there all the time, as it was the BEST place to find unique clothing for an affordable price. I even bought my last two Halloween costumes there, so I’m pretty bummed about this.
Hi, I'm Cameron! I was born and raised in North Carolina. I'm a super tall redhead who is always down for tacos, enchiladas, and margaritas. Okay, so Mexican food is my personal favorite, but I’m not saying no if you’re trying to eat out on the town anywhere. I I am on air for middays but also the Program Director for Kiss 95.1. I enjoy connecting with Kiss 95.1’s amazing listeners and being able to bring all of my favorite things like food, wine, and life online into digital content.
