1 Dead, 2 Injured After An Attempted Robbery At Charlotte Steak ‘n Shake

This is horrible!

Mecklenburg County’s EMS responded to reports of gunshot wounds at a Steak ‘n Shake restaurant south of downtown Charlotte, on Westinghouse Boulevard, late Tuesday morning.

It’s been confirmed that one person has died, and that person was an employee at Steak ‘n Shake. There were also two people injured, one of which was the suspect.

 

 

The restaurant and parking lot were roped off with crime scene tape and employees of the restaurant were seen standing outside, hugging and consoling each other.
