UNCC Victim Posts Video Of His First Steps In The Hospital Since The Shooting

Drew Pescaro was one of the students in the classroom when the suspect opened fire on UNC Charlotte’s campus a couple of weeks ago. He has been in the hospital ever since and has undergone two surgeries.
Last night, he posted a video, showing that he is making incredible strides in his recovery. The video shows an update where Drew Pescaro takes his first steps without a walker since the shooting.

Pescaro was among six students shot, two of them fatally, on April 30. Since the deadly shooting, Pescaro has been visited by a handful of Panthers players as well as receiving a personal Facetime call from one of his idols, Tim Tebow.
