What To Expect At The MTV VMA’s
Tonight’s the big night!
Tonight is the MTV VMA Awards, and all your favorite stars will be in attendance. Here’s what to expect
When:
The show will air at 9pm on MTV. You can also live stream is on MTV Live.
Most Nominations:
Cardi B Leads the way with 10 nominations this year (and she WILL be at the show). Beyonce and Jay-Z have nominations, and Drake and Childish Gambino have 7 nominations each.
Performances:
Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Shawn Mendes, Post Malone, Travis Scott, Logic, and more will be performing.
Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award:
Jennifer Lopez will receive 2018 Vanguard Award. That means she’ll also perform some of her greatest hits live during the ceremony, in a medley that marks the first time she’s performed at the VMAs since 2001.
Who’s Hosting?
There is no host this year, but there will be some big time presenters including Kevin Hart, Tiffany Haddish and Blake Lively.
