Beyoncé’s performance at Coachella was all anyone could talk about, and now we’re learning it just broke THIS crazy record.
Beyoncé can’t be stopped.
For those of us who couldn’t afford to make it Coachella this year (me), we were blessed with the ability to live-stream the concert. The most highly anticipated performance of the weekend was Beyoncé, who headlined Saturday night.
After having to cancel her performance at Coachella the previous year because of her pregnancy, the Queen Bey definitely gave us a performance that was worth the wait.
In fact, SO many people wanted to see it that it broke a record!
Beyoncé’s performance drew 458k simultaneous viewers on YouTube … the most ever for a single Coachella performance since they started streaming the festival 8 years ago. That number of viewers is also 75% up from last year (Sorry Lady GaGa!)
In total, festival generated 43.1 million live stream views in 232 countries. That makes it the most-viewed live music festival ever on YouTube!
