The World's Oldest Living Man Credits His Long Life To THIS

112-year-old Masazo Nonaka was giving he title of "World's Oldest Living Man" by Guinness World Records on Tuesday and when asked what he secret to a long life is, you wont believe what he said!

Masazo Nonaka was born in July 25, 1905... for perspective, that's the same year Albert Einstein! At 112-years-old, he has lived a very long life.

So everyone wants to know...

What's the secret to a long life? 

According to Nonaka,  he credits his longevity to soaking in hot springs and eating...


Hey, we can get down with that! His grand daughter said, "He loves eating any kinds of sweets — Japanese or western style"

But really, it looks like there is more that goes into living a long time. According to Dr. Thomas Perls,

People who live extremely long lives aren't born with just one “aging well” gene, but many of them — “it’s like winning the lottery”
