To help out, Rotten Tomatoes has compiled a list of the scariest movies ever. To find out the scariest movie ever fans had to choose from a list of the “40 scariest movies ever made.”
Classic horror films like The Shining, Hereditary, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween, and It made the list. The movie that came in at number one was The Exorcist. This movie made me have nightmares for months after watching it. I was also only twelve years old…so that might have been a big factor as well. Here is a list of the top 10 scariest movies ever made according to Rotten Tomatoes!
