Will Ferrell got the chance to shoot around with Klay Thompson and Steph Curry before the Warriors game Tuesday night. He came dressed as Jackie Moon, the character he played for the basketball comedy Semi-Pro (2008). He shot around with the players and also put on some defensive pressure to get them ready for the game.

Klay Thompson had a great reaction to seeing Ferrell since Semi-Pro was an inspiration for him.

The Warriors have been on a losing streak for the past five games, but last night, they were able to pull out a win over the Clippers 112-97.

So, it seems like Jackie Moon might be the lucky charm they needed. Or maybe he made them laugh just enough for them to stop putting so much pressure on themselves… either way, Will Ferrell is the coolest for going all out in the iconic Flint Tropics uniform!

What’s your favorite Will Ferrell movie? Which basketball game should Will Ferrell head to next?
