- They compared 182 cities across the country on 39 key metrics in the areas of work, financial, family and health & safety stress.
- Cities were rated on everything from average weekly work hours to divorce rates to housing affordability.
- The most stressed city in the U.S. is Cleveland, Ohio, which has the highest financial stress and is second for health and safety stress.
- The city with the worst work stress is Denver, Colorado, while Fresno, California, has the worst family stress.
- The least stressed city in the country is Fremont, California, which is at the bottom for both financial and health & safety stress.
