Daniel Brose of Advance just moved to North Carolina. And already he is making the news. He says this massive North Carolina lottery win came at a good time.

I would say he got his money's worth.

After federal and state withholdings, Daniel still left a very happy man with his 71,502 dollars. He can certainly buy a few lamps and rugs for his new house with all that money.
