From the “No Thank You Files.” A man hugged an 11 foot great white shark off the coast of South Carolina. This happened last month. While on a shark tagging expedition off the coast of Hilton Head, South Carolina. A wildlife photographer named Taylor Horton was videoed playing with an 11-foot shark. Crazy right!? At one point he can be seen putting his arm around the huge killer.
Shark tagging involves attaching specially-created tags to the dorsal fins of sharks to track their migration patterns. Horton’s friend, Chip Michalove, said that the sharks “lose all aggression” when they get close to the boat.
