The same is to be said about this song and Maddie Zahm. The official song and the official music video were released yesterday, but the song has been highly anticipated for quite some time now. It’s a song she wrote about accepting ourselves the way we are. The song is Maddie talking to her younger self, telling her that she’s going to struggle with her sexuality, her weight, her religion and the message at the end of it is that that’s okay because she’s going to end up liking herself in the end and everything is going to end up okay.
