3 North Carolina Neighborhoods Described As Most Beautiful Front Yards In The Country
The idea of keeping up with the Jones has been around for generations. And one place many feel the pressure of that phenomenon is when it comes to your home and yard. Some of us must be doing pretty well with that, as 3 North Carolina neighborhoods were recognized as having some of the most beautiful front yards in the country.
Sure in many cases, this is regulated by an HOA. But many many people take pride in their yards as a reflection of themselves and their homes.
The styles of these yards vary greatly based on location. But they often feature regional plants and flowers, trendy or classic landscape designs, and gorgeous architecture. Probably some great yard maintenance people behind the scenes as well!
In the spirit of recognizing neighborhoods that exemplify the overall beauty and charm of the Waste Removal USA commissioned a survey of 3,000 real estate professionals. The goal of this survey was to ” in order to “unveil the neighborhoods and towns which host the nation’s 130 most stunning residential front yards – an ode to America’s green-thumbed heart.”

So which three are the most beautiful neighborhoods in North Carolina? All three that are recognized were will within to top 50 of this list of 130 neighborhoods. Not bad. Not bad at all. But we all know how gorgeous North Carolina is!
27. Biltmore Forest — Asheville |
31. Myers Park — Charlotte |
35. Hayes Barton — Raleigh |
I’m incredibly familiar with Myers Park and I certainly would say it’s the most beautiful neighborhood in Charlotte, if not the entire state. I could spend hours just walking the streets and taking in the gorgeous homes and yards. The stunning trees lining Queens Road West, homes that border Freedom Park, and large perfectly landscaped yards.
Biltmore Forest in Asheville is also stunning from its old money vibes, and picturesque Blue Ridge Mountain location.
While I have spent a lot of time in Raleigh I’m not familiar with the Hayes Barton neighborhood by name. But a quick Google search and I do know the area in which it is, so I can see why it is also one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in North Carolina.
