Six Music Acts Coming to Charlotte Venues This Weekend
Music lovers of indie folk, hip-hop, and more can jam out from Nov. 27 to Dec. 1 as several dynamic music acts hit the stages in Charlotte.
On Wednesday, Nov. 27, Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Kany Garcia will light up The Fillmore, 820 Hamilton St., at an 8 p.m. concert. Day-of-show general admission is $65.50.
Get your family into the holiday spirit with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s rendition of “The Muppet Christmas Carol In Concert,” Friday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ovens Auditorium, 2900 E. Independence Blvd. Tickets start at $24.50. An encore performance will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, at 3 p.m.
Folk singer Ellis Paul will delight audiences on Friday, Nov. 29, at 7:30 p.m. at The Evening Muse, 3227 N. Davidson St. Paul will be joined by songwriter Rachel Kilgour. Day-of-show general admission is $25.
On Saturday, Nov. 30, sibling performing group Girl Named Tom brings their Nashville vibes to Charlotte for their “Joy of Christmas Tour” on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 7:30 p.m. at the Knight Theatre, 430 S. Tryon St. Day-of-show general admission starts at $92.
Guardians of the Jukebox are also set to rock Charlotte at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at Amos’ Southend, 1423 S. Tryon St. Day-of-show general admission is $18.
The musical festivities will wrap up on Sunday, Dec. 1, with Detroit rapper Peezy bringing a hip-hop show to The Underground, 820 Hamilton St., at 8 p.m. Day-of-show general admission is $41.25.
