At the beginning of every New Year, like in 2025, we start thinking about new things that we can do to be the new us in the New Year. One of those things might be bowling or maybe even joining a bowling league. There are many bowling alleys right here in Charlotte that have very competitive and fun bowling leagues that you can be a part of each and every week of 2025.

According to Bowl.com, more than 67 million people in the United States bowl during a year. More than 1.2 million people compete regularly in league play certified by the United States Bowling Congress. Staff at USBC Headquarters in Arlington works closely with its more than 1,600 local and state associations to serve league bowlers.

Bowling Alleys In Charlotte

We looked around a bit and found some popular bowling alleys in Charlotte.

Piedmont Social House

Piedmont Social House is 2135 Ayrsley Town Blvd STE C, in Charlotte. This club offers bowling, pool, ping pong, and a bar and a pub, which are different. Piedmont Social House online bowling reservations are available by the hour & can be booked four days in advance. Two lanes can be booked online with a limit of 6 bowlers per lane. They do have reservation fees.

They have one big rule - after 8 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, bowlers must be at least 21 years of age or with a parent.

Bowlero Charlotte

Bowlero Charlotte is located at 210 E Trade St D-164 in Charlotte. This place has 18 bowling lanes, a full-service American eatery, bars, a dance floor, DJs & sports on 75 HDTVs.

Queen Park Social

Located at 4125 Yancey Road in Charlotte. They describe themselves as "Lively American venue for casual bites, creative drinks & games like bowling & shuffleboard."

Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
