A woman on TikTok has gone viral for her safety tips for women who use ride-shares like Uber or Lyft. She explains why the safest place to sit in the car is behind the driver if you’re traveling alone. There’s a very clever way to check the doors to make sure the child locks are off. She also points out that even if you aren’t meeting someone at your destination, lie that you are as soon as a conversation begins.
