Names.org has just released its list of baby names predicted to be the most popular in the U.S. this year.
- They use information from the U.S. Census Bureau data and the Social Security Administration to create their list and claim to be one of the most accurate online name predictors, with 95% accuracy from 2018 to 2021.
- Liam, which was the most popular baby boy name from 2017 to 2021, according to the Social Security Administration, is back on top for 2023. It’s the only name expected to be given to more than 20-thousand babies.
- For girls, Olivia is predicted to be number one again, as it was the most popular girl name from 2019 to 2021, the Social Security Administration reports.
