Molly Ringwald Lives Out Her 80’s Movie Plot in Real Life!
In a case of life imitating art, actress Molly Ringwald revealed on Instagram that her mother forgot to wish her a happy birthday a few days ago.
As many of you probably remember, the same thing happens in the classic 80s movie “Sixteen Candles.” Molly’s character is distraught after her family forgets her 16th birthday. It completely slipped her mom’s mind she said on Insta.
I think this is so funny! I love my 80’s “Brat Pack” movies! I had a huge crush on Molly Ringwald! I also love when real life imitates movies haha.
We asked people on the radio if a family member forgot their birthday. An MRL caller from Rock Hill said her husband forgot her birthday 2 years in a row!

Even though the trailer gives off the vibe that this will be the epic and final conclusion of the series, fans will be pleased to know that this will not be the final franchise film. Phew!
