Man posed As An “Uber Driver” Tried To Give Charlotte Woman A Ride Home

As you know getting in these ride shares can be dangerous. Just recently there was a murder of a young girl in Columbia for riding in an apparent Uber. A local Charlotte woman called what she thought was an Uber and noticed the license plate did not match. The man posing as an Uber driver got pretty upset that she did not get in the car.
Ladies, be careful when you ride maybe try to ride in groups and do check if the plates match up!
