Dad Offers Two Punishments For Daughter Bullying Classmate, No Electronics Or Shaved Head

Some folks are debating if this punishment went too far? The 16-year old daughter and student was offered this punishments because she was bullying a student who had cancer and wore a wig. She apparently didn’t thing she was in the wrong so her dad offered her two ways of punishment. She chose to have her hair shaven as oppose to losing her electronics.
