Sofia Carson Played Can’t Beat LauRen
Friday morning, our radio family got quite the surprise as we had our first celebrity guest in the studio since covid! Sofia Carson from the Netflix original movie Purple Hearts stopped by to talk about her new movie, her album, and play Can’t Beat LauRen!
LauRen doesn’t usually go for “chick flicks,” but this movie had so many layers that she loved it! Of course, there is a love story, but there is drama, action, and great music.
Sofia was a doll! She played her hit single Come Back Home, and we chatted about the “Sofia Tuck”(if you don’t know, just search the Sofia tuck on TikTok), writing the music for the movie in one week, and being a producer on the film.
This girl is a jack of all trades! She is an actor, writer, producer, dancer, icon, and so much more! Plus, she really does know her celebrity/ pop culture. She was such a great sport and took our 5 pop culture questions like a champ… but could she beat LauRen?
