These are the airports that have the worst and best when it comes to delays and cancellations between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Luckily for us, our local North Carolina airport came in on the good side of the list. Charlotte Douglas International was named one of the highest and best airports to travel through during holiday travel. The airport has a 77.5% of on-time departures during the holiday season. That is a huge amount of people making it to their destinations on time.
