Toilet paper…it ain’t just for the bathroom anymore! People are flocking to TikTok to show the masses a trick that involves TP and your refrigerator. Why should you put toilet paper in the fridge? Many claim that sticking a roll or two of bathroom tissue in the fridge helps absorb the moisture in the air that contributes to mildew and all-around putrid smells.
So you can throw away that box of Arm and Hammer now says the NY Post.
Though good old baking soda will last three months in the fridge as opposed to toilet paper which lasts about three weeks, some say it’s the perfect hack if you’re in a pinch. However, those touting this as their new favorite tip want to make sure people know they should not reuse the roll in the bathroom.
