According to the report, North Carolina has almost 500,000 people over the age of 15 that have been through a divorce. In North Carolina, the study shows that the city with the highest divorce rate is Wadesboro. In Wadesboro, 14% of people over the age of 15 have been through a divorce, according to the census report. That is quite a bit of couples going through a divorce in the state. There are many factors that can lead to this such as their population causing the percentage to be a bit higher and the amount of people divorced in the city.
