Signs They May Be The Cheating Type

If you feel like your partner may be cheating, don’t just shrug it off. There’s a reason you feel that way. People say to trust your gut, right? If you think they’re having an affair, don’t just cut it off right away. First, look into these clues, as they tend to point in the “cheating type” direction. If he or she is guilty of these six sneaky signs, they may very well be cheating. YourTango
- They’re convinced you’re a cheater. If they’re suddenly accusing you of cheating, they may be transferring their own guilt onto you. Or they know how “easy” it is to get away with cheating and think you’re doing the same.
- He’s a little too mysterious. If you’re months or years into dating and still don’t know much about their past, work, friends, family, etc, it could mean that they’re distancing themselves from you emotionally.
- They know a lot of people of the opposite gender and make friends with them easily. A guy who has a lot of girlfriends, or a girl who has a lot of guy friends, can be a bad sign. Even if they’re not cheating, they attract the opposite sex easily.. and you’ll always feel in competition. This also applies to same-sex couples, too, with their preferred gender.
- They seem to be compensating. This can be a ton of “I love you’s,” lots of flowers or presents – especially big ones – for no reason.
- They’re always at work. There’s a stereotype of cheaters that they put in long hours at the office, and that’s a common stereotype for a reason – lots of cheaters use work to cover up their cheating.
- Your friends drop hints. Your friends may see these signs (or others) before you do. Listen to them.
