There’s a new dating app that let’s users create avatars that can go on dates for you! Do you know about the dating app Snack? It’s been around since late 2021 and does kinda have an interface like TikTok. Not too long ago it introduced a feature that made users invisible if they kept ghosting other users. Now Snack has introduced a new feature that’s left users both intrigued and also kinda left out says fastcompany.
Snack has jumped on the AI bandwagon. How? Users of the app can now make an AI avatar of themselves. That’s not all though; these avatars can then go on dates for them. The avatars can go into a virtual dating world where they can chat with other users.
At this point, if they think that your avatar can be a match to someone else’s, it’ll report you, meaning that you can then decide for yourself. You can then start a real-life, human-to-human, convo.
