A “Texit” Bill Would Let Voters Decide If Texas Should Split From The US

This is the most Texas thing ever hahaha! A Lone Star State state lawmaker wants voters to decide if the state of Texas should consider leaving the United States. Republican Representative Bryan Slaton filled a bill yesterday known as the TEXIT Referendum Act.
This act would put the issue before voters in November according to thehill. The bill would only begin the process of exploring all that goes into becoming an independent country.
If I remember right, I think Texas tried to bail on the country before! Would be funny to have to get a passport to go to a Cowboys game hahaha!
