New Study Says You Can Lose 14 Pounds In Three Months
A recent study says you can lose 14 pounds in three months! Just by eating between 7am and 3pm! Really it’s a thing!
The study suggests that an effective way to lose weight is to limit when you eat according to Daily Mail. Obese adults who only ate within an eight-hour window lost 14 pounds in 14 weeks compared to a nine-pound loss for those who ate whenever they wanted. Both groups had the same diet advice and the same exercise regime.
Experts say the results of the University of Alabama study are encouraging, but they also say that more research is needed to find out if the weight loss and health benefits could be sustained in the long run.
