Judge Orders 30-Year-Old Man Out Of Parents’ House
A judge has ordered a 30-year-old man out of his parents house. A New York man’s “failure to launch” has resulted in a judge telling him to move out of his parent’s house. According to PopCrush Christina and Mark Rotondo have a beef with their son, 30-year-old Michael. They say he doesn’t contribute to the family’s expenses, and he refuses to help with chores. He has ignored five written eviction notices from them since February.
So the parents took action. They reached out to a judge.
Michael didn’t agree that he should move out, and asked the judge to dismiss the case, saying he had “never been expected to contribute to household expenses,” chores, or maintenance, but the judge granted the eviction. Michael says he plans to appeal, calling the ruling “ridiculous” and claiming he needs three months before he can move.
