Most Americans struggle with sleep, and may use medications to make it happen. In my house, my fiance has been struggling with this for the past few weeks. He ultimately has to go sleep in the guest bedroom.
The good news is, there are other ways to help you get a good night’s sleep. Some may surprise you, but give them a try! Here is what I read in the New York Post.
- If you have anxiety, write it down
- Remove the color from your phone
- Embrace wiggle room for weekend wake ups
- Don’t go to sleep on an empty stomach
