Petition Calls For Travis Scott To Be Pulled From Coachella

According to The Blast, an online petition is calling for Travis Scott to be pulled from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival after eight people died at one of his shows in Houston Friday.

Hundreds more were injured when the crowd surged toward the stage at the Astroworld Festival at NRG Park. Scott is facing criticism for keeping the show going as people were dying, something he says he wasn't aware of at the time. He's been known for encouraging fans to rush the stage at his shows.

The petition notes that security, compared to Coachella, was seriously lacking and Scott’s “rage rhetoric” didn’t help. The petition calls for Scott to be pulled from Coachella's lineup in April.
