When it’s hot, the last thing you want to eat is a heavy meal. A few days ago I shared this easy recipe for my favorite summer chickpea salad on my Instagram stories and I got a lot of DMs about it. So, I thought I’d put it up in my reels and share it with you!

The best thing about this salad is that you will most likely already have most of these ingredients in your pantry. Plus it is Profile By Sanford approved and it fits into my meal plan! I am still working toward my ultimate goal but I am closer and I feel great!
