NC State Baseball Players Face Jail Time
David Harrison, 21, and Kent Klyman, 23, have been suspended from the North Carolina State University Wolfpack baseball team and face charges of breaking and entering. They found out earlier this week that if convicted, they face the possibility of jail time.
Investigators with the NCSU Police Department say that the duo broke into Hudson Hall in the Wolf Village complex for the specific purpose of terrorizing and injuring a student who lives there. In addition to breaking and entering charges, Kent Klyman is also accused of punching Johnathan Monroe in the face multiple times.
Local Raleigh news source, WRAL, was the only news outlet in the courtroom and both men and their attorneys denied any opportunity to speak to them. Both men made bond and are scheduled to be back in court on April 19th.
